1. Order Processing
Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We are working on expanding our shipping options—stay tuned!
5. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our wellness beverages, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Please contact us at hello@sipgobbi.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds for eligible issues will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
